Barry was a kind, Christian man who was a true friend. Although I did not know him at Permian, we became friends soon after graduation. I enjoyed our little spars over our very different religious beliefs. They enriched our friendship. News of his passing took me by surprise, but I knew that he was at peace.Keith Rueter
Barry moved to Washington DC area and opened a successful mortgage banking company. He then decided to relocate to the DFW metro where we began hanging out again. He was definitely on for creative conversation. He was struck by a car while helping a motorist with car troubles. He is truly missed. God bless you Barry
