Friday Night:
7 - no later than midnight
Snacks and alcohol will be provided but if you want a meal, it'd be better to eat beforehand.
Just visiting and catching up with classmates.
We will be selling 50/50 tickets to raise money for our reunion fund. Drawing will be held Saturday  night at 10:30pm. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

There will likely be another Tour de Permian, so if you are into mountain biking and want to participate, contact Doug Bryant, Gina DeMarco Waymire or Mike Jenkins.

Unfortunately, there will not be a golf tournament. Apparently, there is a shortage of golf courses in Odessa right now and we were not able to get anything scheduled.

Saturday Night:

6 - no later than midnight
Dinner begins at 7pm. 
Jerry Dugan's band will play 8-11pm. 
50/50 fundraiser - drawing at 10:30pm. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

I would like to get some nice raffle items donated, but no more than 10 (please) because last time we had so many, I ended up just giving a bunch of items away. If you have something to donate, please contact me (Desirée) to see if I need it.

The last day to book using the special rate is June 3, 2026. The group rate is $109.00 per night, plus tax. After this date, any remaining reservations will be subject to the full available rate.

* Late departures are not eligible, as this rate is significantly lower than their best available rate for those dates. The rates are good from Thursday to Sunday nights, so you can choose whether you want to come Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Monday, or however you want to book it.
